Q. RADF is changing its organization. Why?

A. It became evident to us that smaller rural communities need more hands-on help in building community capacity and leaders. We couldn't provide that as just a funder. Also, without a change, our remaining funds would be gone by the end of 2010, leaving us with no on-going role to play in rural development.
